Capture the Moment's June newsletter was in my inbox today and I decided to use their color play and one of their signature sketches. I did make a few changes.
I used a piece of blue/green card stock from my local scrapbook store, a small piece of Gina K's "Kraft" card stock and Gina K's "Pure Luxury White" card stock.
I used another new stamp set from PTI. "Life is Beautiful". I stamped the butterflies with Gina K's Kraft ink, PTI's "Hawaiian Shores", Stampin' Up's "Soft Sky", "Bashful Blue" and "Poppy Parade". These inks were the closest I could get to Capture the Moment's June's Color Play Combo. I used the dots from PTI's "Oopsie Daisy" stamp set. I straighten out the dots stem to make a straight line. I also used "Dots" stamp' by Stamps by Judith. I finished the card off with "Smile" from PTI's "Wet Paint II", some DMC floss, buttons and twine. Thank you so much for stopping by.
