Dynamic Duos Challenge -- Hardwood

Back again with another Dynamic Duos Challenge.  We get to use 3 colors again this week.  I found this challenge a little difficult....I just couldn't decide what stamps to use for this card.  I finally came up with an idea tonight at 8pm.
I used Stampin' Up's "Rich Razzleberry" card stock for the card base.  I used Gina K's "Pure White" and stamped SU's "Hardwood" stamp in SU's "Soft Sky" ink.  I added a whitewash effect, but using a water brush and brushing on "Soft Sky"ink over the stamped hardwood image.  I then used the flourish stamp from SU's "Everything Eleanor" in SU's "Rich Razzleberry" and stamped a few times on the hardwood after it dried.  I then used SU's "Petite Petals" randomly on the card in SU's "Pale Plum", "Soft Sky" and "Rich Razzleberry" inks.

To finish off the card, I stamped Hero Art's "Happy Birthday to You" in SU's "Rich Razzleberry" ink and torn the edges and sponged them in SU's "Pale Plum" ink and swiped some "Pale Plum" across the image to add a little distressed look.  I attached a light blue twine from JilliBean and hung the happy birthday sign with a white brad.

I was going for the look of a sign nailed to a fence with flowers growing up around it.  It turned out pretty close to what I had imaged in my head.

I appreciate you stopping by and check out the other cards submitted for this week's Dynamic Duo Challenge.
