You Know Dasher...

Great stamp to use for this week's Merry Monday's Christmas Challenge...this week's challenge is to use sequins on your card.  I used SU's "Smoky Slate" as my
card base.  I used Stampin' Up's ef "Northern Flurry" on the blue speckled card stock that I get from my local stamp store.  I took both "White" and "Silver" inks and sponged over the snowflakes to bring them out a bit.  I then stamped SU's "Dasher" in SU's "Night of Navy" ink and cut it out with Lil' Inker's "Stitched Ovals" and sponged around the oval with both the "Night of Navy and Silver inks.  I finished off the card with circle and star sequins.  I cut out a star from Lil Inker's "Stitched Stars", sponged around it with "Night of Navy" ink and inked up "Very Merry" from PTI's "Tiny Tags" set, added a star sequins  and used baker's twine and silver cording.

Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to see the rest of the sequined cards at Merry Monday's Christmas Challenge.

  7. I love that Dasher stamp but never use him because he is such a small stamp and I can never figure how to use him on a card...you obviously didn't have that problem as I love how your card turned out! The blue and silver are absolutely perfect together, and I love your regular shaped and star sequins! Great card Sue! :0)
