Happy Sunday everyone! I finally had a chance to make this week's Merry Monday Christmas Challenge #118 using ribbon and buttons.
I just received this stamp set in the mail. These guys are so sticking cute and I just couldn't wait to ink them up.
The stamp is from Art Impressions #UML4123, which I inked up in Momento's "Tuxedo Black" and pulled out my Copics to color them. I used BV13, G14, B14, YR16, E35 and R27. I colored the pom-poms on top with Wink of Stella in clear. "Happy Christmas" is from Stampin' Up's "More Merry Messages", which I inked in Tim Holtz's Distressed Ink's "Mowed Lawn". I mounted the card on SU's "Real Red" card stock and finished off the card with a snowflake ribbon bow and two red buttons.
Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to check out the other wonderful cards using ribbon and buttons at Merry Monday's Christmas Challenge blog.
This really is a cute image, and you made an adorable card with it.
ReplyDeleteOMG....what a cute stamp! I love how you kept the card CAS so the owls would really "pop" and be the center focal point! Although your ribbon bow and button are pretty darn cute too! Great card Sue!! :0)
ReplyDeleteYour image is adorable Sue, Love the ribbon detail with the button. Thanks for sharing at Merry Monday.
ReplyDeleteSweet card, love that bow at the top!
