It's time for another Dynamic Duos Challenge. This week we are to use "Melon Mambo" and "Tempting Turquoise" inks.
I wanted to do a CAS card. I started with Stampin' Up's "Tempting Turquoise" card stock and Gina K's "Pure White" card stock. The stamps I used are all from PaperTrey Ink. The "Happy" is from "Wet Paint", the "Birthday" is from "Stylish Sentiments: Birthday" and the leaves are from "Doodlie-Do". The blue gems are from a local stamping store and the pink gems are from Hero Arts. I also used SU's "Tempting Turquoise" marker. Since I don't own the SU "Melon Mambo" marker, I substituted it for "Pink Passion". I love how this card came together. Very quick and simple. This turned out SO pretty Sue! CAS and just lovely...can't wait to play with my Doodlie-do stamp set now! :0)

ReplyDeleteThis is a sweet and colorful birthday card, Sue! I cannot believe you don't own Melon Mambo! I wouldn't have thought so, but, gosh, I use the heck out of my MM pad and marker. Such a happy pink and it goes so well with lots of other colors. Not that I don't also love Pink Passion!
