Dynamic Duos last challenge is to use So Saffron, Pool Party and Smoky Slate. I love these colors together. They are so "springy" looking.
I used Stampin' Up's "Pool Party" and Brazzill's yellow and grey textured card stock. I don't know what their color names are though. Sorry. I used water colored paper, too.
I used a water color pen and water colored the inks across the card. I let it dry, ran the water colored paper through the Cuttlebug with the "Happy Birthday" embossing folder. To finish off the card, I attached "Pool Party" cording, a small piece of yellow ribbon (sorry, I don't know who made the yellow ribbon, it was in my leftover box), a "Pool Party" button and two flowers from Prima Marketing "Essential Shabby Chic" that I inked with "So Saffron" and "Pool Party". It's hard to see the "Pool Party" inked flower, which is behind the "So Saffron" flower.
I have to end this post on a "laugh out loud" note though. I saw this on facebook and just had to share it. The dog, Cooper, reminds me of my dog, Sebastian. The video is only 40 seconds long. Enjoy!
