I'm back again with a card for this week's Dynamic Duos color challenge. When I first looked to see what the color challenge was for this week, I wasn't so sure I wanted to work with these two colors. What in the world would I create? Well come Sunday night, I had my idea. I can honestly say I wasn't thinking a card for Christmas or winter, but that's what it ended up being. A great card to mass produce, seeing how I send out almost a 100 Christmas cards each year.
I used white cardstock and stamped the fir tree from SU's "Lovely As A Tree" stamp set in SU's "Old Olive" ink. I then blocked off the rest of the card and sponged in SU's "Pacific Point" ink. I used SU's new pen, "White Stampin' Chalk Marker for the white dots and the snow the tree. Love this pen, by the way...best white pen ever! The sentiment is from PTI's "In the Meadow" and I stamped that in SU's "Old Olive" ink. I mounted the card on SU's "Pacific Point" cardstock. Thank you Dynamic Duos for this color combination.
