Create-a-card background

I picked up this stamp last week after taking a class with Marcia at a local stamp/needle works store.  We love to take classes there to keep our mojo up and running.  We didn't get to play with this particular stamp, but Kris had some cute samples for us to see.  Marcia, another friend, Julie, and I got together on Friday afternoon and decided to use this stamp to make a couple of cards.

Of course, I just couldn't put the stamp away and made another card with it today for this week's Color Throwdown #393, using Blush, Rose, Gray and White.

I even made a few more card panels with this same stamp for future cards.  Such a fun background stamp.

Thank you so much for stopping by, I love it when you do.  Have a great week.

  2. I'm really kicking myself for not picking up that background stamp now!! It really does make beautiful cards, and the new WOW embossing powders are just SO pretty using that stamp! Wish the sparkle would show up better though...I couldn't get it to come through on my photos either! And I love the red card too! :0)
