dry. I then took the Broken China Distress Marker and scribbled on my mat and spritzed it with water and used a small paint brush to add my ink splatter. After adding my sentiment, I mounted the watercolor cs to a piece of black cs. I mounted the lime green paper to a piece of white GK cs and added black cs to the watercolor panel and attached that to the card base. I finished the card off with sequins. TH's watercolor cs
